Please READ THIS FIRST (part I), before you proceed...

Probably that biologists need all five explanations. .. but others? Probably not!

Just imagine that five business consultants join the biologists:

The Organizational Psychologist: "The snake exerts power over the frog to make it jump!"

The Business Process Re-engineering Consultant: "I wonder whether the frog really needs to wait for the snake to arrive before jumping..."

The Change Consultant points out: "The frog is simply following the usual 'change curve', where things get worst before they get better!"

The Health & Safety Adviser: "The frog's jump was caused by its not wearing snake-resistant clothing!"

And finally, the Organizational Culture Guru points out that the frog is SIMPLY FOLLOWING CULTURAL NORMS!


THE MORAL is simple: if you want an explanation, get a suitable expert to provide one!
