How do you as a coach will give and receive constructive feedback?
Just remember the following F.E.E.D.B.A.C.K

Focus on what COULD BE CHANGED;

Emphasiese what is ACTUALLY OBSERVED as it rises;

Elicit client information through IMPACTFUL QUESTIONS;

Be OPEN and EMPATHETIC in listening;

Allow your client to TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY for change;

Choose your TIMING and LANGUAGE; and

Know what you are trying to COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY.
