sF approach

The Solution-focused (sF) approach primarily focuses on creating solutions and working through to implement them. Focusing on WHAT WORKS is critical path towards this achievement.

To any sF coach, the phrase "if it works, DO MORE of it" addresses both his attention and the one of his client - to identify, acknowledge and develop more of what works.

"If it doesn't work, do something else!" - in making sure no one continues doing things that don't work. Both coach and his client to find WHAT ELSE TO DO, so that "it will work". Building on successes!
